The Approach

Working in different disciplines present more opportunities than issues. One of our challenges was to find a project management approach that we could use across our different work areas. This gave us the opportunity to develop an all encompassing model, ADAPT.

All 3E Web Media projects are managed using ADAPT, our in-house project management process.

This ADAPT model fuses the popular e-learning ADDIE model with traditional models in project management, digital publishing and software development to create a complete method for handling all our content and digital projects from inception to closure.
